Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are detailed below.

Standard

3-5 business days

$6.99 or FREE if $50+ order

Orders under 5lbs will be sent via USPS. All other orders will be shipped via FedEx.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS

Returns & Exchanges

 

We pride ourselves on bringing together a collection of quality & unique gifts & accessories, and hope you love your purchase! In the event that you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange for a different item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

To make a return/exchange, securely package the items you wish to return, fill out and include the return form, and drop off the parcel at the shipping carrier of your choice. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition that you received it, and in the item’s original packaging.

Please Note: No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for any lost packages, so be sure to insure and track your package.

Refunds

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days of receipt, less the cost of shipping. Price adjustments are not available for items that have gone on sale since being purchased. Toni Rose inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. However, should you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Items damaged due to use are not eligible for refund.
